2027 Minor Season

Registration Dates: Dec 1, 2026 - Feb 28th, 2027 (Late Registration fee applies for registrations after Feb 14th, 2027)

Days of the Week: Each season we build our schedule around the floor times we have available, and we work to place every team on the days that fit the most families. Our goal is for each team to play once during the week and once on Sunday. We look at facility availability, coach and family availability, and how teams in each division line up against each other to find the best day combinations. Once the schedule is set, you can expect one weekday floor time and one Sunday floor time per week for your player’s team. Thank you for your patience while we finalize the schedule. We’ll share game days as soon as they’re confirmed.

New 2027

Adult League Player (U18 divison) - All players under the age of 18 MUST register in the minor program before they will be allowed to play in the adult league. Please make sure you fill out the "Adult League Player" section.

Youth

Youth Ball Hockey

Kamloops Ball Hockey Association is one of the fastest growing youth sports programs in the city, with over 200 players registered in 2025. We are proud to offer a program that puts fun first while building real skills, lasting friendships, and a love of the game.

Our youth program is open to players ages 5 to 18, with divisions designed to meet kids where they are developmentally and keep every floor time engaging, safe, and competitive.

Why Ball Hockey?

Ball hockey is played on the dry floor of a full-size hockey rink, making it a fantastic sport on its own and an excellent cross-training option for hockey players of all levels. Players develop skills that carry over to every sport they play, including:

  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Positioning and hockey sense
  • Cardio and stamina
  • Teamwork and strategy
