2026 Minor Program Season Wrap-Up

What a season! From the first puck drop back in April through the final buzzer at the end of June, our U8, U10, U12, and U16 players brought energy, effort, and a whole lot of heart to the floor every week. Thank you to every player, parent, coach, and volunteer who made this season possible. Here's a look back at how it all went down.

U8 Division

Our youngest skaters spent the season split across three development groups, focused on building fundamentals, having fun, and falling in love with the game. No standings here, just a whole lot of growth on the floor every Thursday. Great work, U8 crew!

U10 Division

It was a tight, competitive season among Bath Pro Ducks, Painting Pros Flyers, SF Electric Bolts, and Twin Rivers Drywall Whalers, with plenty of high-scoring battles down the stretch.

In the semifinals, SF Electric Bolts rolled past Twin Rivers Drywall Whalers 11-1, while Painting Pros Flyers edged Bath Pro Ducks 9-5. Bath Pro Ducks bounced back to take third place with an 11-5 win over Twin Rivers Drywall Whalers.

Champions: SF Electric Bolts, who capped off the playoffs with a 6-4 win over Painting Pros Flyers in the final.

U12 Division

City Centre Auto Kings, McKenzie & Associates Knights, Tirecraft Studs, and Vac Truck Mafia battled it out all season, and the playoffs delivered plenty of drama, including a shootout thriller between City Centre Auto Kings and McKenzie & Associates Knights (6-5 SO) back in June.

Semifinal action saw McKenzie & Associates Knights edge City Centre Auto Kings 7-6, while Tirecraft Studs handled Vac Truck Mafia 7-2. City Centre Auto Kings took third place with an 8-5 win over Vac Truck Mafia.

Champions: Tirecraft Studs, who held off McKenzie & Associates Knights 6-5 in a nail-biter final.

U16 Division

A three-team race between Buds Bins Capitals, Red Tomato Pies Reapers, and Sunny Green Bandits kept things interesting all year, including a shootout classic between Red Tomato Pies Reapers and Buds Bins Capitals back in May (8-7 SO).

Sunny Green Bandits carried strong momentum into the playoffs, knocking off Red Tomato Pies Reapers 9-6 before taking down Buds Bins Capitals 7-4 in the final.

Champions: Sunny Green Bandits
